Description
The Kaltstahl USB dongle is a higher-capacity version of Blaustahl with USB-MSC firmware for drag-and-drop file support like any standard USB drive.
Kaltstahl also has improved ESD protection and a potentially increased operational lifetime due to storage of firmware in EEPROM instead of Flash. Kaltstahl comes in a durable translucent case.
Kaltstahl now ships with the Ebenstahl (USB-MSC) firmware for drag-and-drop file support; it also supports the original Blaustahl (USB-CDC) firmware.

Future data recovery
In the event that the USB interface were to become obsolete or the RP2040 were to become non-functional, it should still be possible to recover the FRAM data using a SOP-8 test clip.
