We will issue a refund for any reason within 90 days of purchase. You will be asked to return the product(s) at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping costs).


When standard shipping is selected, we consider your shipment to be late when 30 days (inside of the EU) or 60 days (outside of the EU) has passed after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. If you haven’t received your order after this period, please contact us.

One Year Warranty

If a product breaks or stops operating as the result of normal use within 365 days of purchase we will attempt to repair or replace the product. You may be asked to return the product at your own expense. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product we will offer you the choice of either (a) a store coupon for the purchase price of the product; or (b) a refund of the purchase price of the product (not including shipping costs).


If a product breaks or stops operating after the warranty period we offer a repair service and may also be able to offer advice for self-repair.


We keep records of information submitted during the ordering process. This information may be shared with third-parties for the purpose of facilitating payments, refunds and shipping. We do not sell your information to third-parties.


Our products, software and documentation should be regarded as prototypes and may contain defects or may be used in unintended ways leading to damages. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of the use of our hardware, software and documentation.
